Here’s a perfect dip recipe if you aren’t planning on bringing a grill & just have a cooler + some drinks. Either way, it’s still delicious!
- 8 oz pkg (250 g) cream cheese
- 8 oz pkg (250 ml) sour cream
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
- Bag of tortilla or pita chips
- Mix one 8 oz pkg cream cheese, one 8 oz pkg sour cream and 2 tbsp taco seasoning.
- Spread in a 9″ x 13″ dish.
- Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and cover with shredded cheese.
- Refrigerate until ready to be served.
- Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
