Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) can beans
- 2 (15 oz) cans black beans
- 2 (15 oz) cans red kidney beans
- 18 oz jar or bottle of BBQ sauce
- 1 red onion chopped finely
- 1 yellow pepper and red pepper chopped
- 1 serano pepper
- 2 lbs brown sugar
- 1 lb chopped smoked brisket
- 1 cup Bourbon
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in large aluminum tray
- Mix all of the ingredients together until well combined
- Place on smoker at 325 for 1 hour
- Serve
