Another twist on the standard burger.  Try this recipe if you have some pretzel lovers!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Beer
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 2 tbsp Relish
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 2 1/2 lbs Ground beef
  • 8 Hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Combine beer, pretzel crumbs, relish and salt
  2. Add ground beef and coat well
  3. Shape into 8 different patties
  4. Grill for 10-15 minutes
  5. Toast buns
  6. Serve burgers on toasted buns with desired toppings
