Another twist on the standard burger. Try this recipe if you have some pretzel lovers!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Beer
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 2 tbsp Relish
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 lbs Ground beef
- 8 Hamburger buns
Directions
- Combine beer, pretzel crumbs, relish and salt
- Add ground beef and coat well
- Shape into 8 different patties
- Grill for 10-15 minutes
- Toast buns
- Serve burgers on toasted buns with desired toppings
