Ingredients
- 16 oz box elbow Macaroni Noodles
- 3/4 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 10 pieces cooked bacon
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1 cup baby spinach chopped
Directions
- Cook macaroni noodles
- Drain noodles
- Mix together remaining ingredients and toss in macaroni until combined
- Cover and place in fridge until ready to serve
