Ingredients

  • 16 oz box elbow Macaroni Noodles
  • 3/4 cup Mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 10 pieces cooked bacon
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 cup baby spinach chopped

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni noodles
  2. Drain noodles
  3. Mix together remaining ingredients and toss in macaroni until combined
  4. Cover and place in fridge until ready to serve
