This isn’t so much of a recipe, as a suggestion.  The SuperTailgate family has been enjoying and wowing guests with a simple chicken breast + cajun spice recipe for years.


  • 1 Large Cajun Spice container
  • 10 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
  • 1 Lemon
  • Olive Oil


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat
  2. Lightly lather the chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides
  3. Completely cover the chicken with cajun spice on both sides (go heavy!)
  4. Turn sparingly, and make sure chicken is a consistent white on the inside.
  5. Sprinkle a bit of fresh juice on chicken right before serving and enjoy!
