This isn’t so much of a recipe, as a suggestion. The SuperTailgate family has been enjoying and wowing guests with a simple chicken breast + cajun spice recipe for years.
Ingredients
- 1 Large Cajun Spice container
- 10 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- 1 Lemon
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat
- Lightly lather the chicken breasts with olive oil on both sides
- Completely cover the chicken with cajun spice on both sides (go heavy!)
- Turn sparingly, and make sure chicken is a consistent white on the inside.
- Sprinkle a bit of fresh juice on chicken right before serving and enjoy!
