This skillet peach cobbler is an easy way to bring a delicious dessert to a tailgate!! Simply place the skillet on a grill to warm it up before serving. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and you have the perfect tailgate treat!
Ingredients
- 1 large Can of Peaches - drained (or fresh)
- 1 stick of butter (melted)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- Vanilla Ice Cream to serve on top of cobbler
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Place peaches evenly at the bottom of the skillet and pour the melted butter over the peaches.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the peaches.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, milk and vanilla.
- Pour this mixture over the top of the peaches.
- Bake cobbler at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until top is browned.
- Place vanilla ice cream on top of cobbler.
