This skillet peach cobbler is an easy way to bring a delicious dessert to a tailgate!! Simply place the skillet on a grill to warm it up before serving. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and you have the perfect tailgate treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 large Can of Peaches - drained (or fresh)
  • 1 stick of butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Vanilla Ice Cream to serve on top of cobbler

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place peaches evenly at the bottom of the skillet and pour the melted butter over the peaches.
  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the peaches.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, milk and vanilla.
  5. Pour this mixture over the top of the peaches.
  6. Bake cobbler at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until top is browned.
  7. Place vanilla ice cream on top of cobbler.
