Ingredients
- 2 cans drained Mexican corn
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 bunches of chives
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 2 chopped jalapeños (more or less depending on your preference to spice!)
- 1 (8 oz) package of shredded Mexican cheese
- Tortilla chips, bread, chips, etc. for serving
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together
- Put in fridge to cool overnight (tastes better if over night but you can make it as late or early as desired)
- Best served cool
- Serve with tortilla chips or bread
