Did we get your attention?  Awesome.  This dip is named for it’s highly addictive taste, let us know if you can have just one taste!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans drained Mexican corn
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 bunches of chives
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 2 chopped jalapeños (more or less depending on your preference to spice!)
  • 1 (8 oz) package of shredded Mexican cheese
  • Tortilla chips, bread, chips, etc. for serving

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Put in fridge to cool overnight (tastes better if over night but you can make it as late or early as desired)
  3. Best served cool
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or bread
