Maybe not the most healthy recipe in our veggie compilation, but a yummy snack nonetheless! Crispy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1tsp dried basil
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp chili powder
- 2tsp granulated sugar
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1/2tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 cups beer
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until light
- Toss pickles in flour
- Heat oil in a pan at 350 degrees
- Dip pickles from flour into batter and drop into pan of oil
- Cook until crispy then remove from oil
