This is perfect as an appetizer, snack, dessert or really any occasion! Everyone loves salsa, especially this sweet twist!


  • 2 peeled and diced kiwis
  • 2 peeled and diced apples
  • 8oz raspberries
  • 1 16oz carton diced strawberries
  • 2tbsp sugar
  • 1tbsp brown sugar
  • 3tbsp fruit preserves
  • 10 flour tortillas or Cinnamon chips or Cinnamon Graham Crackers
  • Melted Butter
  • 1 cup white sugar (for cinnamon sugar mix)
  • 2tbsp Cinnamon (for cinnamon sugar mix)


  1. Mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves
  2. Cover mixture and chill for 30 minutes
  3. Preheat oven to 350
  4. Coat one side of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix
  5. Cut into thin strips and arrange in a layer on a large baking sheet
  6. Back for 8-10 minutes
  7. Serve with chilled fruit mixture
