This is perfect as an appetizer, snack, dessert or really any occasion! Everyone loves salsa, especially this sweet twist!
Ingredients
- 2 peeled and diced kiwis
- 2 peeled and diced apples
- 8oz raspberries
- 1 16oz carton diced strawberries
- 2tbsp sugar
- 1tbsp brown sugar
- 3tbsp fruit preserves
- 10 flour tortillas or Cinnamon chips or Cinnamon Graham Crackers
- Melted Butter
- 1 cup white sugar (for cinnamon sugar mix)
- 2tbsp Cinnamon (for cinnamon sugar mix)
Directions
- Mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves
- Cover mixture and chill for 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350
- Coat one side of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix
- Cut into thin strips and arrange in a layer on a large baking sheet
- Back for 8-10 minutes
- Serve with chilled fruit mixture
