Not much of a recipe, but just a strong suggestion. Take a look and let us know what you think!
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt or to taste
Directions
- Trim off the tough bottom of the spear cutting it where it's tough to bend. It should probably be a bit whiter than the other end
- Put cut asparagus into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil
- Pour a handful of thick, kosher salt on top and then mix again
- Place on the cooking grate crosswise so it won't fall through
- Grill for 10 to 15 minutes & turn occasionally. Do not let it char!
- Remove from grill and serve immediately!
