Everyone loves the classic Italian beef sandwich, and when you make a huge batch, it makes it perfect to serve at a tailgate!


  • 17 oz Package roast beef au jus
  • 2 cups peppers (yellow, green and red) and onion stir-fry veggies
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 cups Coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup stemmed and chopped pepperoncini salad peppers
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Italian seasoning


  1. Add beef and au jus to saucepan and break up any large chunks
  2. Add veggies, onions and peppers, as well as 1/2tsp Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper and bring to boil
  3. In medium bowl combine coleslaw mix, pepperoncini peppers and 1/2tsp Italian seasoning
  4. Spoon mixture on roll bottoms and top with coleslaw mixture
  5. Add roll tops and serve
