Everyone loves the classic Italian beef sandwich, and when you make a huge batch, it makes it perfect to serve at a tailgate!
Ingredients
- 17 oz Package roast beef au jus
- 2 cups peppers (yellow, green and red) and onion stir-fry veggies
- 1/2 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 2 cups Coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup stemmed and chopped pepperoncini salad peppers
- 1/2 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
Directions
- Add beef and au jus to saucepan and break up any large chunks
- Add veggies, onions and peppers, as well as 1/2tsp Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper and bring to boil
- In medium bowl combine coleslaw mix, pepperoncini peppers and 1/2tsp Italian seasoning
- Spoon mixture on roll bottoms and top with coleslaw mixture
- Add roll tops and serve
