A delicious combination of pasta, tomatoes, and cheese that is a perfect compliment to any meat dish you’ve prepared.  It’s also quick and easy to prepare the night before and is transportable!


  • 16 oz box of pasta
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 5 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 pint cheery tomatoes diced in half
  • 6 basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Boil the pasta
  2. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and minced garlic
  3. Drain pasta
  4. Toss pasta with dressing, feta cheese, tomatoes and basil
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
