A delicious combination of pasta, tomatoes, and cheese that is a perfect compliment to any meat dish you’ve prepared. It’s also quick and easy to prepare the night before and is transportable!
Ingredients
- 16 oz box of pasta
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 1 pint cheery tomatoes diced in half
- 6 basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Boil the pasta
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, mustard and minced garlic
- Drain pasta
- Toss pasta with dressing, feta cheese, tomatoes and basil
- Add salt and pepper to taste
