Have you noticed the Philly Cheese Steak theme throughout our cookbook? Here’s another version but in dip form 🙂
Ingredients
- 2 cups thinly chopped and grilled shoulder steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 8 oz package softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 4 oz shredded provolone cheese
Directions
- Flatten Steak & quickly sear on both sides. Do NOT cook throughout
- Chop steak into small cubes and set aside
- Sauté green peppers and onions until golden brown using olive oil
- Set aside green peppers and onions in a bowl.
- Mix together cream cheese, provolone cheese, mayo, and chopped steak
- Add green peppers and onions to this mix
- Pre-Heat Grill to medium heat or Oven to 350
- Pour mix into a proper container, and put into cooking unit. Approximately 15-20 minutes
- Serve with chips, bread, or a toasted baguette
