This creamy dip tastes like Buffalo Chicken Wings but without the mess! Serve hot with celery sticks, veggies, chips, or bread.


  • 8oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie or boil and shred on stove)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • Use tortilla chips, bagel chips, bread, pretzels, etc. for serving


  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and ranch and spread at the bottom of a baking plate/serving dish
  2. Toss chicken in buffalo sauce
  3. Top baking dish with buffalo chicken and drizzle extra sauce on top
  4. Sprinkle with cheese
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes on 375 until hot and bubbly on top
