Most tailgates are known for smoked meats and chicken, and this is a great addition to your next gathering. Nothing better than smoked wings with a hint of whiskey!


  • 24 Whole chicken wings
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup Only Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Whiskey
  • 1tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup plus 2tbsp Dijon mustard


  1. Wash and dry wings, add seasoning salt and pepper
  2. In saucepan whisk sauce with whiskey and sugar and bring to simmer over medium heat
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard
  4. Pour sauce over wings
  5. Marinate for at least 30 minutes
  6. Prepare your smoker and heat to 250 and prepare gas or charcoal grill as well
  7. Remove from marinade and place wings in large pan
  8. Place in smoker and cook for 2 hours
