Most tailgates are known for smoked meats and chicken, and this is a great addition to your next gathering. Nothing better than smoked wings with a hint of whiskey!
Ingredients
- 24 Whole chicken wings
- Salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup Only Sauce
- 1/4 cup Whiskey
- 1tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 2tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions
- Wash and dry wings, add seasoning salt and pepper
- In saucepan whisk sauce with whiskey and sugar and bring to simmer over medium heat
- Remove from heat and whisk in mustard
- Pour sauce over wings
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Prepare your smoker and heat to 250 and prepare gas or charcoal grill as well
- Remove from marinade and place wings in large pan
- Place in smoker and cook for 2 hours
