A salty and sweet treat for the kid in all of us! A great combination of s’mores flavor and rice krispies all wrapped up in one delicious bite!


  • 10 oz miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4cup butter (also more for greasing)
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz jar marshmallow fluff
  • 6 chocolate bars


  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees
  2. With waxed paper, line a 10x15 pan and butter the waxed paper
  3. Combine the marshmallows and 1/4 cup butter in a microwave for 30 seconds. Continue this process until completely melted
  4. Stir in the cereal and graham cracker crumbs
  5. Press mix into pan
  6. Spread the marshmallow fluff on top of the mixture
  7. Place the chocolate bars on top of the marshmallow fluff
  8. Bake for 2 mins to let chocolate melt a little and let it cool for 10 mins
  9. Roll up into pinwheels or jellyroll style and peel away the waxed paper
  10. Place in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes
  11. Slice and serve
