This crescent ring is loaded with all the delicious flavors of an Italian Sub.


  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup roasted and drained red bell peppers
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/3 lb deli salami, sliced
  • 1/3 lb deli ham, sliced
  • 1/4 lb deli capocollo, sliced
  • 1/2 cup hot pepper rings, drained


  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Unroll cans of dough and separate into 8 rectangles
  3. Spread out on ungreased pizza pan
  4. Form a ring shape with rectangle pieces, making dough overlap to hang over edge of pan
  5. At this point, the dough should resemble the sun
  6. Layer roasted red bell peppers in center of ring on bottom portion of the rectangles.
  7. Top this part with half of the cheese amount
  8. Add the salami, ham, and capocollo slices in layers over the cheese
  9. Add pepper rings over top part and cover with remaining cheese
  10. Bring dough rectangle over side of pan up on top of filling, making sure to tuck the dough under the bottom layer to hold tight and secure
  11. Repeat until entire filling is closed with dough, and sprinkle with black pepper if desired
  12. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
  13. Serve like pizza slices
