With a name like “tailgate sipper”, this is a fail-proof crowd pleaser at your next game day event.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups pineapple
  • 1 1/2 Cups Bourbon
  • 1 Cup sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Blend pineapple until smooth
  2. Strain to remove solids
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve over ice
