Choosing whichever of your favorite veggies, this is a great recipe to prepare for big groups of people and healthy, too!


  • 1 Red bell pepper cut up
  • 1 Green bell pepper cut up
  • 1 Broccoli, cut into large chunks
  • 1 Sweet onion, cut into large chunks
  • 10 Button mushrooms
  • 2tsp Olive oil
  • 1tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1tsp Soy sauce
  • 1tbsp Honey
  • 1tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1tsp Dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers


  1. Prepare veggies by washing and drying them and place them in a large bowl
  2. Add ingredients to bowl and whisk until sauce is formed on veggies
  3. Let sit for at least an hour
  4. Add veggies to skewer, alternating
  5. Grill veggies for about 15 minutes over medium heat
