Choosing whichever of your favorite veggies, this is a great recipe to prepare for big groups of people and healthy, too!
Ingredients
- 1 Red bell pepper cut up
- 1 Green bell pepper cut up
- 1 Broccoli, cut into large chunks
- 1 Sweet onion, cut into large chunks
- 10 Button mushrooms
- 2tsp Olive oil
- 1tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1tsp Soy sauce
- 1tbsp Honey
- 1tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1tsp Dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers
Directions
- Prepare veggies by washing and drying them and place them in a large bowl
- Add ingredients to bowl and whisk until sauce is formed on veggies
- Let sit for at least an hour
- Add veggies to skewer, alternating
- Grill veggies for about 15 minutes over medium heat
