A healthier alternative to regular pizza, made with assorted veggies and cream cheese instead of sauce and cheese! A crowd pleaser for all ages.
Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 8oz softened cream cheese
- 16oz sour cream
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing mix
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup cucumber slices
- 8 chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Unroll cans of crescent roll dough into the bottom and sides of an ungreased baking pan or jelly roll pan
- Bake dough for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned
- Let cool
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and dressing mix until smooth
- Spread mix over crust
- Layer veggies onto pizza
- Refrigerate until served
