The Braves hold spring training at Champion Field at Disney World meaning you’ll find a Disneyesque experience inside and outside the ballpark. Disney puts some of their signature touches on the ballpark as well as in-game production, which creates a unique baseball experience you won’t find anywhere else. While you won’t see Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck on the concourse, the Braves games at Champion Field do feel a bit like visiting one of the four Disney parks next door creating a fun experience.
If you’re not a big fan of Disney World though, don’t worry as you’ll still find a fantastic baseball experience here. You’ll be able to grab autographs before the game from your favorite players just like at other spring training facilities, and you’ll meet a lot of fellow diehard Braves fans who love talking ball as well.
Those of you who love the Braves or enjoy the Disney experience will without a doubt find a yearly trip to Champion Stadium a must. Get your tickets today to enjoy everything a Braves spring training game has to offer.
Things to check out
If you want to pick up some autographs inside the ballpark before the game, the best place to do so is on the grass berm by the opposing team’s bullpen or down the first base line where Braves players stretch. The best place to snag some signatures, however, is near the walkway between field #5 and the stadium. Get there at least 100 minutes before the game to catch the players on their way to the field.Watch video
