Additionally, make sure to check out the Hornet Walk if you want to get into the Sacramento State spirit before the game. The Hornet Walk takes place two hours and 15 minutes before kickoff in the center lane of Lot 8, and it is a great way to show your support for the team.
Finally, visiting fans will be in luck when tailgating at Sacramento State as there is a designated away fan lot making it easy for you to find fellow fans of your team.

The Hornet Walk takes place two hours and 15 minutes before kickoff in the center lane of Lot 8 and is an excellent way to get into the Hornets gameday spirit. The Hornet Walk provides you with the opportunity to give the team some last minute inspiration before the game.

Home Tailgate (Lot 8)Hornets fans will want to tailgate in Lot 8 where you’ll find lots of other Hornets fans tailgating before the game. Here you can set up shop and tailgate to your heart’s content, so enjoy tailgating in Lot 8 before the game.

Away Tailgate (Lot 7)If you’re a fan of the away team, then you’ll want to tailgate in Lot 7. Lot 7 is the designated away fan tailgate lot and is a great place to meet fellow fans of your team.
