The Blue Crew lead the Creighton student section cheers and chants. The group all dresses in blue and white striped pants making them easy to spot, so look for the Blue Crew and join in on their chants.

2. Birdcage

The Creighton student section is known as the Birdcage, and they do an excellent job of giving the Bluejays a homecourt advantage. All throughout the game, the Birdcage shows their support for the Jays and gets into opponents heads, so enjoy the atmosphere created by this rowdy student section.

3. Billy Bluejay

You can see Billy Bluejay interacting with the crowd at every Creighton basketball game. Billy is a beloved part of any Creighton basketball game and is the only bluejay mascot in NCAA Division I basketball, so keep an eye for him at the game.

4. Banners

The Bluejays have several banners hanging up at the CenturyLink Center that honor the program’s many conference championships and NCAA Tournament appearances. Check out the banners and remember your favorite memories from the Bluejays’ past.

5. Pep Band

The Creighton pep band creates a fun atmosphere inside the CenturyLink Center Omaha and is a big part of any Creighton basketball game. Enjoy the music of the pep band when attending a Bluejays basketball game.

6. Creighton-Nebraska Rivalry

Creighton and Nebraska have a heated rivalry as the two largest Nebraska-based Division I basketball programs. The two meet every year and have developed an intense rivalry among both the players and fans. There are always bragging rights on the line when Creighton and Nebraska play, so don’t miss the Huskers when they come to town.

7. Jays Dancers

The Jays Dancers entertain crowds at Creighton basketball games throughout the game. Look for the Jays Dancers to keep the energy high during stoppages in play with their dance routines.
