The Big Green and the Wildcats have a fierce rivalry that spans a variety of sports including basketball, football, and hockey. The Big Green and Wildcats first met on the hardwood in 1908 and since then have developed a strong rivalry. The contests between the two teams have been close over the years, and Dartmouth holds a slim 34-33 all-time lead, meaning you’ll be in for a close one when attending a Dartmouth-New Hampshire game.

What better mascot for a college than a keg. Keggy the Keg is the unofficial mascot of Dartmouth and he can be seen at a variety of sporting events. Keep an eye out for Keggy as you wouldn’t want to miss him during your trip to Dartmouth.
7. Dartmouth-Cornell Rivalry
Dartmouth and Cornell have an intense rivalry on the football field, and there isn’t a lot of love between the two on the court either. If you can only get to one conference game a year at Leede Arena, then make sure to be in attendance when Dartmouth takes on Cornell.
