Fresno State Bulldogs Stadium Guide

In Game

A Fresno State basketball game presents an excellent chance to see some Mountain West basketball at a great venue. Save Mart Center opened in 2003 and is home to many tributes to the Bulldogs. Inside the main lobby, you’ll find a statue of a giant bronze bulldog and there are all kinds of Fresno State memorabilia around the concourse. You’ll also see several banners hanging from the rafters celebrating all of Bulldogs accomplishments.

In addition to a venue chalked full of Bulldogs paraphernalia, you’ll also encounter a rather fun atmosphere. The mascots do an excellent job of entertaining the crowd and the fans and students who show up really know their stuff.

Finally, right along the strip outside of Save Mart Center, you’ll encounter plenty of bars and restaurants. There are several great spots for pre and postgame meals and drinks including Dog House Grill, BC’s Pizza and Wings, and BJ’s Brewhouse. If you don’t mind venturing a bit further from the arena, there are lots more options in the Tower District.

A trip to see a Fresno State basketball game is a fun experience for college hoops fans looking to see what the Mountain West has to offer.
