The Kansas Speedway is home to just about everything you could want in a NASCAR tailgating experience including a pre-race concert, lots of opportunities to see your favorite drivers, and some excellent camping. If you love NASCAR and tailgating, then you’ll love a trip to the Kansas Speedway.

At the Kansas Speedway, you’ll find plenty of pre-race entertainment. The pre-race concert is a must-see for anyone in attendance and is one of the best events of the weekend. Everyone at the speedway comes out to party and enjoy the show, so don’t miss the pre-race concert during your trip to the Kansas Speedway.

If the pre-race concert isn’t enough to keep you entertained, don’t worry as there are lots of other events and extras to check out. The driver introductions are also something no NASCAR fan would miss, and you’ll find lots of other pre-race activities available to you. The FanWalk, for example, gives you access to the infield as well as the garage area, so take some time before the race to see everything the FanWalk has to offer.

There are also several VIP packages available to you at the Kansas Speedway, which give you even greater access to your favorite drivers and teams. Those of you who want to get a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes won’t want to miss out on one of these packages.

Finally, the tailgating and camping scene at the Kansas Speedway is incredible. The fans here love to come out early and set up shop, and you’ll find a lot of delicious barbecue being served just as you would expect from a tailgate in the Kansas City area.

The pre-race concert isn’t the only pre-race event that will get everyone up and cheering. The driver introductions are also a big part of the pre-race festivities. You won’t want to miss your favorite driver be announced, so make sure to be in attendance for the driver intros.

Pre-Race Pass

Those of you who want the best seats in the house for the pre-race concert and driver introductions will want to secure a Pre-Race Pass. The Pre-Race Pass also gives you the opportunity to walk beside pit road and sign the start/finish line making it an unforgettable experience.

FanWalk

The FanWalk is located in the infield and gives you the opportunity to see the garage area, Victory Lane, the pre-race inspection, and more. Take advantage of the FanWalk to get the most out of race weekend.

Finish Line

The Finish Line Fan Hospitality Pass provides you with a guided tour of the garage, a Q&A with NASCAR drivers, free food and drinks, and more. This hospitality package is a must for any diehard NASCAR fan.

VIP Package

If you want to the best pre-race experience out there, then make sure to sign up for the VIP Package. The VIP Packages includes a guided garage tour, access to the drivers meeting tent, and special access to the driver introduction stage.

Stadium Guide

In Game

The Kansas Speedway is home to two incredible NASCAR races each season giving twice as many reasons to come out to see a race here. The Digital Alley 400 takes place in May and is where you’ll see all of your favorite drivers square off. The KC Masterpiece 400, on the other hand, is an intense playoff race that you won’t want to miss even if your favorite driver doesn’t qualify.

No matter when you come to the Kansas Speedway, you’ll have a fantastic time watching the race. It’s an exhilarating experience watching the cars rush by, so sit back and enjoy the show. Just make sure to bring earplugs as you wouldn’t want to risk hearing damage.

At both races, you’ll also find several great hospitality options, which present you with some of the most luxurious ways to watch a race. The Village Chalets are perfect for entertaining a large group as not only will you have an excellent view of Turns 1 and 2 you’ll also get a guided tour of the garage and pits. Similarly, the suites give you exclusive access as well as some of the best views of the track around.

Even if you aren’t visiting the track during a major race weekend, there is still a lot to do at the Kansas Motor Speedway. You’ll be able to take a tour of the facility and see what goes on behind the scenes at one of the largest speedways in the country. You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in the Richard Petty Driving Experience, which lets you see what it feels like to be behind the wheel of a stock car.

The Kansas Speedway is home to two incredible races that no racing fan would want to miss, and even if you’re visiting on a non-race weekend, you’ll still have an outstanding time touring the track.
