2. Youth Baseball Player Statues

Get a picture with the youth baseball statues located right inside the entrance. The statues present an excellent photo op making them a can’t-miss part of attending a RockHounds game.

3. Rub the Rock

Rub the rock outside the main entrance of Security Bank Ballpark to bring good luck to yourself and the RockHounds. The rock comes from the excavation of the stadium and is believed to bring “fun and good times” to those who touch it before the game.

4. Playground

Take the kids to the playground during the game to help them work off some excess energy. The playground is perfect for restless kids, so if you’re taking the kids to the game, stop by and check it out.

5. Basketball Court

Those of you who want to shoot hoops during the game will be in luck as there is a full-size basketball court at Security Bank Ballpark. The basketball court is another great place for those of you who get restless during the game.

6. Youth Baseball Field

Play catch or hit a few balls at the youth baseball field inside Security Bank Ballpark. The youth field is the perfect place to play catch with your son or daughter before or during the game.

7. Catcher Statue and Championship Plaques

Check out the statue of a catcher and the championship plaques that accompany it. The plaques commemorate all the biggest achievements in RockHounds history including the club’s six Texas League titles making them a must-see for any RockHounds fan.

8. Concourse Train

Take a ride on the train around the ballpark during the game. Kids will love the train, so don’t miss the opportunity to take a ride.

9. RockHound Hall of Fame Banners

Check out the Midland RockHounds Hall of Fame banners hanging around the concourse. The banners honor the best players in the history of the club including Josh Donaldson, Jim Edmonds, and Fernando Valenzuela among others.

The Diamond Club is the best dining experience you’ll find at Security Bank Ballpark. Here you’ll escape the Texas heat and enjoy a full meal and the game on TV making it an excellent place to eat and watch the game.
