The Magic and Hawks both play in the Southeast division, which has led to the creation of a fierce intra-division rivalry. The rivalry really took off in 2004 when Dwight Howard was drafted by the Magic and Josh Smith by the Hawks, since then the two teams have faced off in the playoffs twice with each team taking one of the series.

Orlando’s Amway Center offers one of the most amenity packed experiences in the NBA. Right, when you arrive at the Amway Center you’ll be greeted with the impressive Orlando Magic Fan Fest. Fan Fest is reminiscent of the tailgate towns you’ll find at NFL and college football games and is a great place to hangout before the game. Here you’ll encounter all kinds of pregame activities including live music and interactive games.

Once inside the arena, there are nine restaurants and countless concession options. No matter what type of cuisine you have a craving for you’ll find it here at the Amway Center. There are also lots of beers on tap as well, so you won’t leave the arena thirsty either.

Amway Center even has an excellent kids area called Stuff’s Magic Castle. This play structure offers plenty for kids to do and even gives kids the chance to get an autograph from the Magic Mascot, Stuff. If you’re a bit older, the Magic Fan Experience is a must see. This interactive experience allows you to relive all the best Magic moments of the past, so be sure to check it out.

Once the game begins, you’ll enjoy beautiful sight lines and some excellent in-game entertainment. Stuff and the Magic Dancers put on an incredible show that accompanies the action well, which combined with the arena’s many amenities will leave you feeling that you got your monies worth.

Orlando Magic Fan Fest

Orlando Magic Fan Fest takes place two hours before the game and is an excellent way to get into the game day spirit. At Fan Fest, you’ll find music, food, and games that will entertain you right up until tipoff.

One80 Lounge and Other in Arena Restaurants

The Amway Center is home to nine outstanding bars and restaurants. These establishments offer something for everyone so check out the list to see, which one is the best fit for you. The most impressive of these options is the One80 Lounge, which features a full VIP experience. Those of you looking for a fine dining experience will want to stop at the One80 Lounge where you can find everything you seek including bottle service.

Located on the Promenade Level, Stuff’s Magic Castle is the perfect place to take the kids. At Stuff’s Magic Castle kids can climb through the gymnasium, play some hoops, and even get a picture with Stuff himself, so make sure to stop by.

Stuff the Magic Dragon

Stuff has been the official mascot of the Magic since their inception and gets into many crazy antics during a game. He is particularly well-known for his high-flying dunks and break dancing, so keep your eyes peeled for him.
