Reno Aces Tailgate Guide

Atmosphere

You won’t find much in the way of traditional tailgating at Greater Nevada Field, but that doesn’t mean you won’t have a lot of fun pregaming in downtown Reno. Downtown Reno is home to a variety of entertainment options before the game including casinos, shows, and much more. There is more than enough for you to do before the game, so you won’t have to worry about being bored when hanging out around Greater Nevada Field before the first pitch.

One of the best places to hang out before an Aces game is the Freight House District. The Freight House District is attached to Greater Nevada Field and is home to several great bars and restaurants. The three main restaurants at the Freight House District are Bugsy’s Sports Bar, Duffy’s Ale House, and Arroyo Mexican Grill. Arrive early and enjoy the atmosphere, food, and drinks all three establishments have to offer.

Downtown Reno offers tons to do before the game and the Freight House District is an excellent place to grab a bite to eat or something to drink before the game, so head on down to downtown Reno for some fun pre-game entertainment.
