History

Smith’s Ballpark in Salt Lake City, Utah is the home of the Pacific Coast League’s Salt Lake Bees. The 14,511-seat ballpark opened in 1994 and cost $23 million to build. Smith’s Ballpark is 345 ft to left field, 420 ft to center field, and 315 ft to right field.

In addition to being the home of the Salt Lake Bees, Smith’s Ballpark is also the home of the Utah Utes baseball team. The facility has also hosted several exhibition games featuring MLB teams including the Minnesota Twins, Seattle Mariners, and Colorado Rockies. Smith’s Ballpark was also the site of the 1996 and 2011 Triple-A All-Star Games.
