Atmosphere
Pre-Game activities at T-Mobile Park come down to two words, The ‘Pen. The ‘Pen sports bar and grill is located in the outfield area of the park and is the tailgating and pregame spot for Seattle fans. The venue is even used for events at CenturyLink Field, which is across the way from T-Mobile Park and is home to the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks and MLS’s Seattle Sounders. The ‘Pen features domestic and craft beer as well as an array of food options and wall to wall TV’s to catch up on all the day’s action across the MLB. It’s simply a must do when going to a Mariners game and provides a panoramic view of the playing field and stadium from the outfield wall.
If you’re feeling more adventurous and want to branch out, the neighborhood surrounding T-Mobile Park also presents several great bars and restaurants to check out. There are tons of places to grab a drink nearby including FX McRory’s, Pyramid Alehouse, and Henry’s Tavern among others. Each bar has a unique feel and no matter where you pregame before a Mariners game you’ll have a great time throwing back a few brews with M’s fans.

Before the game stop by and check out the T-Mobile Park sign above the main entrance. The sign is an iconic part of T-Mobile Park and something every fan should see before entering the stadium.
Art Outside T-Mobile Park
You’ll find several pieces of art outside of T-Mobile Park, so take a walk around the park before the game and check them all out.
T-Mobile Park Tour
Diehard baseball fans will want to take a tour of T-Mobile Park before the game. The tours take place at 10:30 am and 12:30 pm on game days and present an excellent opportunity for fans to see the dugout, press box, and much more.
