The Mitchell Center or The Jungle as fans call it, in Mobile, Alabama is the home of the South Alabama Jaguars men’s and women’s basketball teams. The 10,041-seat facility opened in 1998 and cost $30 million to build. The arena is named after the Mitchell family, who donated over $35 million to the university over the years.
