Ohio is one of the biggest party schools in the country meaning you’ll feel no need to go to a major conference school if you want to cut loose because you’ll find no better place to do so than Athens. On game days the entire town is one giant party that is a can’t miss for anyone looking to take part in a wild and fun tailgate party.  Ohio has such a strong party reputation that the Princeton Review’s annual biggest party schools listed Ohio University as the #1 party school in the entire nation in 2012, #3 in 2013, and #7 in 2014. Clearly, Ohio gets national recognition for their party scene, and that extends into the atmosphere for their football games.
