Atmosphere
You’ll find a relaxed tailgating atmosphere outside Meade Stadium creating the perfect fall New England day. Rams fans love their team, but you won’t find fans here going super hard during the tailgate making a trip to a Rams game great for the entire family.
Instead, Rams fans prefer to kick back and have a few beers with friends and family before the game. You’ll hear people reminiscing about their college days and favorite rams football moments making it easy for you to join in and make new friends.
If you enjoy a relaxed tailgating atmosphere, then there are few better places to tailgate in the Colonial Athletic Association than Rhode Island. Get to Meade Stadium early and enjoy the beautiful fall weather and laid back atmosphere during your trip to Kingston, Rhode Island.
Where to tailgate
-
Ellery Pond and Ram LotsThe Ellery Pond and Ram Lots are open to donors and require a parking pass meaning you’ll find a lot of the larger tailgate parties here. If you want to check out the biggest tailgate parties a Rams game has to offer, then stop by either of these tailgate areas.

General Public Tailgate LotThose of you who don’t have a parking pass for one of the donor lots will want to set up shop in the general public tailgate lot. The general public tailgate lot is located on Plains Road and is an excellent place to tailgate before the game.
