The 17,500-seat T-Mobile Arena is the home of the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights. The multi-purpose arena opened in 2016 and is located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. In January of 2016, the facility’s naming rights were sold to T-Mobile.
The first event held at T-Mobile Arena was a concert featuring country music artists Martina McBride and Cam on March 31, 2016. The arena’s grand opening took place a week later on April 6, 2016, when the facility hosted a concert featuring Las Vegas natives Wayne Newton, The Killers, and Shamir. Since opening, T-Mobile Arena has also been the site of several UFC fights, the Professional Bull Riders World Finals, and the Pac-12 Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament. Additionally, the venue has hosted several boxing matches including Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Conor McGregor.
